I recently bought a PPK from Mr. Harper. I can say it was the most seamless transaction I have ever done. He was very quick with email responses. Gun was just as described and shown in photos. Once the transfer was approved, it was in the mail (with tracking #) within hours. I would have no problem dealing with him again.
